Lots start ending: Wednesday, February 28 at 7:00pm. Lot #1 is the home and 5 acres, Lot #2 is the 2004 Coachman Travel Trailer and the rest of the contents begin at Lot #3. Any lot may be extended as bidding continues on that lot. The lot will close when no activity has been recorded on that lot and the count down clock reaches zero. If someone bids at the last second, that lot will extend, giving others the opportunity to jump back in a bid again.
IT IS RECOMMENDED THAT YOU PUT IN YOUR MAXIMUM BID AND LET THE COMPUTER BID FOR YOU. THAT WAY, YOU SHOULD NOT HAVE ANY ISSUES WITH SLOWED INTERNET CONNECTION OR POWER FAILURE ISSUES.
