Leroy Bramlett Personal Property Auction will be held on-line with items ending Thursday Oct 5, 2017 Staggered end close times begin @ 7:00p.m. Eastern Time. Items are being sold online only. This Estate includes items that were purchased for updates and were not installed or used such as a LG Side by Side Smart Refrigerator, LG Smart Front Load Washer and Dryer and Pedestals, as well as new furniture, home decor, bedding, and lighting. Also included will be some gently used furniture, decor, bedding, and garage items. This Estate comes from a smoke free, and pet free home. Very few items show less than perfect condition. Preview Day will be Wed. October 4th from 9a.m. to 5p.m. at 9042 Crystal Lake Dr. Indpls, In 46240 . There will be a 10% buyers premium with items to be paid for by cash at pick-up, Credit Card or wire tranfer. Local pick up will be available once items are paid. We are currently scheduling pick-up for Sat Oct 7th from 9am-3pm and Sunday Oct 8th from 9am-3pm. For those unable to make those days, Contact Auction Company to schedule pick-up that works better for you.. Shipping will be offered and all packing and shipping of merchandise will be at the risk and expense of the buyer. Shipping will be done through the Auction Company.
