YOU are responsible for the shipping costs from zip code 93550. Be aware that larger heavier items could cost over $20.00 per item to ship.
We auction BOTH new and used items
There is a 9.5% sales tax and a 15% buyer's premium fee added to any item won.
Items must be paid for within 24 hours after auction closes.
GUARANTEE:
If it is mentioned in the description that the item works, it means that we plugged it into the wall and it powered up ONLY. If it does not mention it works, then everything else is sold "as is".
We are an auction site and second hand store. In other words, we do not guarantee: car stereos; inflatables; battery operated items; children's toys; remote control items; hobby items; play sets; musical instruments; combinations to security locks; dents, scratches, blemishes, discolorations, chips, anything aesthetic; missing parts, accessories, broken parts (many times you are able to obtain these from the manufacturer) We will do our best to make sure and give the best service possible but please keep in mind we are an auction house/second hand store.
Buyer is SOLELY responsible for determining the condition, faults and proper nomenclature/identification of auction merchandise. While descriptions are believed to be accurate, Storage Wars Ivy Auctions and the Auctioneer make no representation or warranty express or implied as to the merchantability, correctness, description, age, antiquity, appraised value or condition of the property to be sold at auction.
Shipping arrangements and/or pick-ups are solely the buyers responsibility.
Items may be picked up the Thursday, Friday and Saturday following the close of the auction Thursday and Friday from 12 noon - 6 pm, Saturdays 11 am - 4 pm. If needed, upon request we can arrange an additional pick-up date/time for you.
Any item not picked up after the 3rd day and without arrangements for alternate pick-up will be forfeited and you will lose all money paid.
I am aware and understand, I forfeit my purchases if I fail to pick up my items or arrange shipping for them in the previously allotted time frame.
Make sure to check the items before leaving otherwise all guarantees are void.
ALL SALES ARE FINAL. NO STORE CREDIT, NO REFUNDS, NO EXCEPTIONS.
ALL BIDS ARE FINAL AND MUST BE HONORED BY THE BUYER.
Buyer/Bidder (agent associated with bidder/buyer) is SOLELY responsible for any damage/ injuries made to merchandise and/or property or persons while picking up.

If you would like us to ship items to you please add it to the notes when you register.
A $5 handling fee will be added to your invoice which is non-refundable.
An extra handling fee will apply for delicate collectibles, pictures, art and china. It is the responsibility of the BUYER to pay all packing and shipping charges for these items.
A separate invoice will be sent to you for packing and shipping charges once all your items are packaged and weighed. Please allow 1-5 business days for processing.
All items will be shipped to the bidders billing address.
