Some are new and never used, while some were previously enjoyed and show signs of minor use and others were enjoyed a lot more. Auction opens 7/7/2026 and will close 7/9/2026 at 7:00 PM PT BUSINESS HOURS: MONDAY - FRIDAY: 10:00 AM - 3:00 PM ALL SALES ARE FINAL! NO REFUNDS! Shipping is NOT Available. Extended Auctions. In the event that any auction bid is submitted within two (2) minutes of the scheduled end time of such auction, there will be an extension to the end time of such auction an additional two (2) minutes (an Extended Auction). Also there will be an extension to any extended auction for an additional two (2) minutes each time a bid is submitted within the final two (2) minutes of the applicable end time of such extended auction. 16% buyer's premuim and 8.75% sales tax will be added to all sales. Right after the auction closes your card will be automatically charged for any bids you have won. Total price will include bid price, buyer's premium and state tax. If your card is declined, you have until the following day to pay your balance or your items will be forfeited, relisted, and sold. You will also be blocked from future bidding with our company. All items must be picked up in 14 days or your items will be forfeited, relisted and sold. There will be NO refunds for the items that are relisted and sold. Buyer accepts responsibility for ensuring pick up in a timely manner. Refund/Return Policy: Customers have 7 days after the auction closes to alert River City Auction's local warehouse with any questions, concerns, or potential issues with items labeled as “New." All “Store Return'', "Out of the Box", "Floor Model" and "Damaged Box" items are SOLD AS IS and are bought at the customer's OWN RISK. No refunds or exchanges will be given to “Store Return'' or "Out of the Box" or "Floor Model" or "Damaged Box" items.

Winners will receive a settlement email by Sunday evening with links to pay and schedule pickup. Payment is due immediately after receiving the email, and all pickups must be scheduled by the following Friday. Please note that our warehouse is open for pickups Tuesday through Friday only, with no weekend availability, so bid accordingly. Pickup hours vary depending on the day, and available times will be shown when scheduling but pickup will always be during our business hours of 9:30am- 4:45PM. Scheduling a pickup is required, we do not allow walkin's. Item Viewing customers who wish to view or inspect items before bidding are welcome to do so every Friday during warehouse hours: 9:30 AM – 4:30 PM.
