Boxing Day auction. The day after Christmas Dec 26th. A Canadian tradition we appreciate more than Hockey. Return the gifts you received, and buy what you really want. We have so many things to list in this auction, but it seems the cold & early nightfall have made us lethargic. We will list items as quickly as we can, so check the auction often to see what new items are available for bidding. We are continuing our donation lots for Valley Animal Haven. Bid as much as you wish to donate on any one of the lots with their logo. 100% of the bid goes to this worthy cause - we charge our 10% buyer's premium to cover costs. Your donation will have no sales tax added. Tell your friends about our auctions, and visit our Facebook page to see more photos of Boop the auction dog & her friends. We are fostering an adorable puppy that was abandoned a few weeks back. We need to find her a permanent home before Boop becomes too attached. Oh no, I am rambling again. I really should start a blog so I don't clutter up this description with random thoughts. It really will be a good auction by the way.
By registering to bid in our auction, you agree to abide by all terms and conditions presented here. 1. The bidder is solely responsible for any and all bids placed from their account, and confirms that they are legally able to enter into such a binding contract. 2. The bidder agrees to pay all shipping costs, or pay for all items and notify the auction of their intent to abandon their purchases without renumeration. (you agree to pay for items even though you will not be recieving them without paying for shipping) 3. The bidder agrees to contact the auction within 5 days of recieving any item that has undisclosed/shipping damage, was inaccurately described, or is missing from the shipment. (it is the sole discretion of the auction management to remedy any issue as they see fit) 4. The bidder agrees to pick up all items within the allotted time frame, or to make alternate arrangements within 3 days of the auction close. 5. The bidder acknowledges that they are aware that this is a direct/flat bid auction, and that any bid placed will be the new winning bid unless outbid by other bidders. (this is NOT ebay style bidding) 6. The bidder agrees to have fun, and be pleasant in comunications, (we really are nice people) 7. The bidder agrees to like our facebook page, and laugh at our videos and posts. (we all could use a little humor)

Payment Terms
Purchases may be paid for in person when picking up, or online from Square invoice, or paypal. ***We DO NOT charge cards on file with Hibid automatically.*** If you require shipping, please allow a little time for us to calculate all charges and prepare your final invoice. We will ship your items on Monday if the invoice has been paid before Sunday night. Check your email & spam folder for Square invoice.
Pickup is Saturday or Sunday following the auction from 10:00 AM to 4:00 PM or by appointment. Some large items may be at other locations. We will contact you to arrange pickup off site. We charge $5 per box to wrap, pack, and post, plus the actual postage/insurance fees. We use Pirate Ship to save you money and because they have a cool name. Invoices for shipped items will be emailed on Friday eve or Saturday. (Check your spam folder) If you would prefer a text, let us know. We ship on Monday for all invoices paid in full by Sunday evening. If you are unsure whether an item will be shipped, please contact us prior to bidding. We cannot control the carrier's charges, but try to keep shipping affordable. Fragile, heavy, or large items are marked No Shipping Contact us if you're interested in items marked NON-Shipable to discuss options.
