Check out all of our sales for more great coins. Our terms are as follows. Our auctions offer coins, numismatic items and Early American ephemera. We occasionally offer auctions containing documents and items relating to early America, from colonial times, through the Revolutionary War, and up to the Civil War. We ship as soon as possible after receipt of payment. By registering and bidding in our auction, you agree to the following terms: The buyer's premium is 15% for credit card payments. You can check out with a credit card directly through your emailed payment link. For other payment arrangements, please email us. We request payment as soon after the auction closes as possible. We try to ship all lots within 3 days after close of an auction so we can get the next auction setup. If payment is not completed by the end of the second day after close we will charge your credit card on file with HiBid for the invoice amount. If you wish to pay by check/e-check/wire transfer, please notify us by email to make arrangements. Most of our coins are certified by a third party. All coins are sold as is, except we guarantee all material to be genuine. We do not accept any returns, except where the authenticity of a coin is in question, or there is a listing error. In this case, please contact us within 3 days of receipt. Send us closeup pictures of what makes you question the coin. If we agree, we will ask you to send the coin back, by insured mail. If the coin has been removed from its' holder, or the holder tampered with, then the coin is not returnable for any reason. We have never handled a counterfeit coin, but there is always that first time. If you remove a coin from its' holder and send it to a third party grader we have no responsibility for grading differences. We do not accept returns based on grading, period. Remember to always buy the coin, not the holder. If you seek to return a coin for any other reason, please send us a detailed message by email. We always want a customer to be completely satisfied, however, remember that an auction is not a “buy on approval” sale. There is no automatic return privilege. Grading services are beyond our control, and we do not guarantee current or future grading in any way. Submitting coins for grading is at your own risk. "Price guide" information comes from PCGS and is not a guarantee of resale value. We do not guarantee grading or resale value. In the event of a listing error, such as a coin not matching the HiBid title/description or holder information, we will always try to satisfy the bidder, but reserve the right to cancel the sale.
