Bidding opens on Saturday 12/7 & lots start closing Sunday 12/22 at 6:00 PM (ET). Lots begin to close every 30 seconds starting at 6 PM (eastern time). Every lot is a soft close which means any bids that are entered in the last 1 minute will add 1 additional minute to that lot. Other lots will proceed to close as scheduled. Please get your bids in early! Buyer’s Premium is 18%. 6% Virginia sales tax added to all invoices (unless valid exemption form is emailed prior to the auction end date, send to: pastchapters77@gmail.com). Credit card authorization is required for bidding. Once the auction is complete, all credit card payments will be processed & winning bidders will receive a text/email from Shipping Saint on behalf of Past Chapters, confirming if items are to be picked up in person, or shipped in house. All shipping-eligible items will be shipped in house (we only ship items that we are confident will make it to our customers safely and efficiently; we do not accept prepaid shipping labels or 3rd party shipping labels, all items must ship on our account). Buyer will be sent a separate shipping invoice via Shipping Saint & it’s the buyer’s responsibility to make payment within 72 hours of invoice. Once payment is made, items will be shipped out within 7 days. We use competitive shipping costs. All shipments will be insured & the cost included in the shipping charges (as well as the cost of materials & handling). We do NOT ship furniture, or larger items such as wall art, in house (for these type of items, the listing will show if it's not eligible for in-house shipping).
