Bidding Notice: This is an Online - Internet Only - Timed Auction. All bidding activity will take place online. When bidding, just enter your maximum bid. The system will bid on your behalf using only what it needs to keep you in the lead. This feature is the surest way to win the items you're interested in at the lowest possible price. We have a two-minute soft close policy on each lot. This means that if a bidder enters a bid within two minutes of the lot’s initial closing time, a two-minute extension would be added on. The lot will not close until bidding is static for two minutes.

Payment Instructions: After the auction has ended you will receive an invoice email that includes instructions for payment and pickup. If you wish to pay card please respond to the invoice email right away with your name, if you plan to pay using the card HiBid has on file, and your invoice number so I can change the invoice to reflect the 3.5% change to the buyer's premium and send the new invoice. Payment will be charged automatically at the end of the day of pickup. A 10% online buyer's premium will be added to all sales via online auction conducted by Hamele Auction with a 3.5% additional fee for credit cards. Payment must be made within 24hrs after item is sold. Cash, physical card, and paper check payments will be accepted during pickup on Friday. 5.5% Sales Tax Applies to all purchases to all bidders that are not tax exempt -THIS APPLIES TO THE TOTAL WINNING BID + BUYERS PREMIUM. Taxes on any titled item: vehicle, recreational vehicle, trailer, boat, camper or any item having a title that needs to be registered will be charged the county tax rate where the item will be registered. Buyer is responsible for all loading and hauling of all items, so if you purchase large items or large quantities you will need to bring assistance for loading. All items that are not pickup up prior to 2:00PM on 5/31/24 will not be able to be picked up and the card the buyer has on file with HiBid will be automatically charged. *Advantage is being taken with special arrangements. Handling fees, storage fees and penalties will be strongly enforced from here on out. * Shipping Instructions: Shipping is NOT OFFERED by Hamele for this auction. Buyer is responsible to arrange any packing and shipping of items with an outside company before bidding.
