Lots will begin to close at 10AM on Sunday March 26th. LOTS WILL CLOSE EVERY 7 SECONDS STARTING THIS AUCTION. BID FAST AND REFRESH YOUR PAGE IF LOTS ARE NOT LOADING FAST ENOUGH. Every lot is a soft close which means any bids that are entered in the last 1 minutes will add 1 additional minute to that lot. Other lots will proceed to close as scheduled.

Lots are sold as is, in person inspection is recommended. If unable to come, please call for full condition report. We are willing to go over items and send more pictures if necessary. Lots are sold as pictured; many are group lots that will not be split up. High bid wins the grouping. By placing a bid, bidder signifies that they have examined the items to their satisfaction, or that they have chosen not to personally examine them.

If you are planning to bid over $2,000 on any given lot, contact the auctioneer ahead of placing the bid. You will need pre-approval.

Preview will be held, while the sale is running, Wednesday - Friday 9:30am-3:30pm and Saturday 10am-2pm.

No appointment necessary for pick-ups. Curb side pick-up is available upon request. All pickups must be made within 72 hours of end of auction unless otherwise arranged with auctioneer. All credit cards on file will be processed Monday morning following close of sale with invoices being e-mailed there after. Pick up hours are Monday 9:30AM-7:00PM and Tuesday/Wednesday 9:30AM-3:30PM. If items are left passed that window you may be charged a storage fee of $5 per lot per day, at the auctioneers' discretion. Any items left after 2 weeks become auction house property.

Please confirm prior to bidding that we will be able to ship the item to you. Some items we will not ship can be referred to a third-party shipper or you may obtain your own shipping. Please make sure your shipper can make the pick-up window, storage fees we be charged if unable to make it within the 72-hour window.

On Monday after the sale, winning bidders will receive a Text/ Email from ShippingSaint on behalf of B and D Auctions LLC, confirming if shipping will be required or if the items will be picked up in person. B and D Auctions, LLC reserves the right to deny any shipping in house and will refer out to a local shipper. We only ship items in house that we are confident they will make it to our customers safely and efficiently. Items will be shipped within ten days of payment received.
Handling is calculated and broken down by the material and labor used. It is calculated at the time of preparing shipment. We utilize the most competitive shipping carrier we can find. The shipping and handling charges will show on your statements as ShippingSaint.
Once you have confirmed shipping through ShippingSaint you will be updated as items move through the shipping process. It is the customer's responsibility to pay the shipping invoice within 72 hours of the end of the auction OR the credit card on file for HiBid WILL be charged. Not sufficient funds, or otherwise declining the charge for the shipping forfeits your items to B and D Auctions, LLC.

If item(s) are not paid, in full, within the 72-hour window, the bidder forfeits there right to the item(s).

B and D Auctions reserves the right to refuse any bid/bidder.

B and D Auctions in no way guarantees condition or authenticity of any items in this auction.

B and D Auctions does not ship to customers new to HiBid. Your bidding will be declined if you have an account created within 30 days and are located out of state.

Lights on Christmas trees are AS IS unless won for $150.00 or more then the lights are guaranteed. Ear phones and ear buds are AS IS! If you win an item or items you take that item(s) home with you on the day of the auction, unless an item is too large for your vehicle, and you notify the auction of the same, then arrangements are made for you to pick it up on the Monday or Tuesday following the auction.

There are no cords for and/or chargers for iPads, Tablets - (For these we will provide a cord/charger for you to test the item to make certain it charges/powers on), you will need to purchase the cord/chargers from a retail store.

Know what you are bidding on. WHEN PREVIEWING, KEEP IN MIND THAT YOU, YOURSELF, ARE NOT ALLOWED TO OPEN BOXES OR HANDLE THE PRODUCT, ASK FOR ASSISTANCE FROM AN EMPLOYEE. If you win an item over $22.50 that plugs into the wall that needs to be plugged in OVER NIGHT, (ONLY) and that item needs to be plugged in overnight at your house to see if it works and if for some reason, it does not, you must return it to the auction the following Monday for our assessment and adjustment. If for some reason, you, yourself, cannot return it on that Monday, you may have someone else return it for you. HOWEVER these items need to be checked FIRST here at the auction, not just taken home when purchased. Approval must be received from auction manager prior to taking an item to test. You can go on-line every Thursday late in the morning to see what items are in the auction for that Saturday, and you can also bid on-line until the item is passed on the webcast. Keep in mind, however, that whatever the minimum bid is on-line for an item that is the amount that will start the opening bid at the live auction for that item on Sunday.

WE NOW CAN SHIP NATIONWIDE AND LOCALLY!
There will be a 10$ total charge for both nights auctions regardless of amount ordered as a handling fee, plus shipping cost via USPS and FEDEX. Your credit card will be charged, and your order will leave our facility by Wednesday following the weekends auctions. Both auctions will be combined into one box to save you on shipping cost, and we will ship either USPS or Fedex (whichever is cheaper). We do not charge for handling,material, or labor. If your order costs $8 from USPS or FEDEX you will be charged exactly $8. We do get commercial rates which are cheaper then normal shipping rates.

LOCAL PICKUP INFORMATION
Upon arriving at our facility please call us at (859)241-1007 and state your name and invoice number. Our phone number is posted with a large yellow sign on our front door as well. A staff member will then bring your order out to the bay on the left of our facility. You will need to retrieve your order from there. No one is permitted to enter the building. We will have your order ready for pickup when you arrive, so expect a very short wait time.

15% buyers premium added to all winning bids plus 6% KY sales tax. Tax exempt customers can have sales tax waved by providing resell certificate.
All items need to be picked up within our two pickup days. Or we can provide shipping (please see shipping faq). Items not picked up those days will be resold for a storage fee Bluegrass Bids will keep. A valid credit card will need to be used to bid on our auction. You can choose to pay cash upon pickup by letting the auction house know prior to your card being charged. When registering click “notes to auctioneer” and specify if you will be paying cash or check or we will use the card on file for payment.

Items not as described or otherwise damaged items not stated in item description- For up to 14 days after purchase, just provide your receipt and for most products, we will refund the purchase price to the original form of payment or issue a Merchandise Credit.
