Anything won over the amount of $22.50 and plugs into the wall is guaranteed. (There are testing stations in the auction parking lot for that purpose). Everything else is "as is" and is yours. We are an auction not a retail store In other words, and as an example, we do not guarantee: car stereos; battery operated items; children's toys; remote control items; hobby items; play sets; musical instruments; combinations to security locks; dents, scratches, blemishes, discolorations, chips, anything aesthetic; missing parts, accessories, broken parts (many times you are able to obtain these from the manufacturer! Lights on Christmas trees are AS IS unless won for $150.00 or more then the lights are guaranteed. Ear phones and ear buds are AS IS! (There are, however, exceptions to certain items and we will do our best to exchange, refund or give store credit when possible and/or reasonable and if we can to accommodate. If you win an item or items you take that item(s) home with you on the day of the auction, unless an item is too large for your vehicle, and you notify the auction of the same, then arrangements are made for you to pick it up on the Monday or Tuesday following the auction.

There are no cords for and/or chargers for iPads, Tablets - (For these we will provide a cord/charger for you to test the item to make certain it charges/powers on), you will need to purchase the cord/chargers from a retail store.

Know what you are bidding on. WHEN PREVIEWING, KEEP IN MIND THAT YOU, YOURSELF, ARE NOT ALLOWED TO OPEN BOXES OR HANDLE THE PRODUCT, ASK FOR ASSISTANCE FROM AN EMPLOYEE. If you win an item over $22.50 that plugs into the wall that needs to be plugged in OVER NIGHT, (ONLY) and that item needs to be plugged in overnight at your house to see if it works and if for some reason, it does not, you must return it to the auction the following Monday for our assessment and adjustment. If for some reason, you, yourself, cannot return it on that Monday, you may have someone else return it for you. HOWEVER these items need to be checked FIRST here at the auction, not just taken home when purchased. Approval must be received from auction manager prior to taking an item to test. Thank you for this and your understanding of this.

You can go on-line every Thursday late in the morning to see what items are in the auction for that Saturday, and you can also bid on-line until the item is passed on the webcast. Keep in mind, however, that whatever the minimum bid is on-line for an item that is the amount that will start the opening bid at the live auction for that item on Sunday.

We do not have a forklift to load any pallets that are purchased from a winning auction (YOU WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR TYING DOWN YOUR CARGO), if you are planning on breaking down the a pallet and loading in your vehicle you will be resposible for breaking down the pallet and loading, we do not have staffing to help at this point in time. If you need an extention on picking up your auction, please email us at charityshopllc@gmail.com

Pick up hours will start Tuesday at 10am following the auction, must be picked up by following Saturday.

Auction Opens Friday 03.24.23 at 5:00 PM PST and closes Sunday 03.26.23 at 8:00 PM PST.

You are bidding on untested customer returns, we do not test or open boxes to see if all pieces are in the box. We pride ourselves on oustanding Customer Service and transparency, we promise to give a clear discription for each item or pallet to the best of our ability.

Extended Auctions. In the event that any Auction bid is submitted within two (2) minutes of the scheduled end time of such Auction, there will be an extension to the end time of such Auction an additional two (2) minutes (an Extended Auction). Also there will be an extension to any Extended Auction for an additional two (2) minutes each time a bid is submitted within the final two (2) minutes of the applicable end time of such Extended Auction.

12% Buyer's Premuim and 7.38% Sales tax will be added to all sales.

Total price will include bid price, buyer's premium (12%) and State Tax (7.38%)

All items must be picked up within 5 days of auction end or your items will be forfeited, relisted and Sold. There will be NO Refunds for the items that are relisted and Sold. Buyer accepts responsibility for ensuring pick up in a timely manner. A $25.00 per item a day fee will also incur. If you need an extention, please call us or email us ASAP we do not have the space to hold onto merchandise for weeks on end. We appreciate your understanding and business!
