Good news both levels have doors to the outside, so no stairs. Lots 1-187 are downstairs and lots 187-308 are on the main level. There are tools, trunks, furniture, and just about anything else you need for your home. We have some great singles or large lots depending on what you are looking for. This is a complete cleanout, so if you win a large lot, you must take all. We do have a dumpster on site for any unwanted items. Chemicals, paint, and anything like that CANNOT go in the dumpster. Please keep this in mind if you are bidding on lots with these items in them. Thank you and good luck. NOTICE: Due to an abuse of us transporting items to our shipper, if you pick up your items at the shipper instead of having them shipped, you will be assessed a surcharge.
