Welcome to W. Wachter's Online Auctions. All Items being Sold "AS IS, WHERE IS". Shipping is available at the buyers expense, Curbside pick-up available during business hours. Wachter Auctions within 24 hours of the end of the auction. Buyers who need items shipped, please contact us within 24 hours of the sales end, so that we can start the shipping process immediately. In person viewing for our online sales will be Monday,Tuesday, Thursday & Friday's from 11:00 AM - 4:00 PM during business hours, or call us to schedule a preview of the items. Items may be added to the sale while it is in progress AS OF JANUARY 1, 2024 Notice to BUYERS Anyone who purchases an item will have 5 Business Days to pick your items up. If you are unable to pick your items up within that 5 days please call to arrange a day to pick your items up. Any lot that is purchased and that is NOT picked up within 5 business days; those items are subject to storage fees. Fees will be implimented by W. Wachter Auctions Staff. The Larger the item the more the cost to store the item. Unfortunately we are very limited on space and some customers in the past have taken advantage of our grace for them to pick up items at a later date. The charge for storage will be by the day. For Example, Furniture could cost between $3 - $10 per item per day. A standard beverage flat of household goods would run $1 - $2 per day. The hope is to also start holding monthly live/in-person auctions, starting this spring. Firearms: All FFL regulations will be followed. Buyers of firearms must complete a NIC background . All firearms sales are final and no returns or refunds are accepted. Winning bidder is responsible for verifying that the firearm is legal in their area and that they can legally take possession of it. Buyers that want their firearm shipped to their local dealer are responsible for having their dealer contact the transferring FFL (MKP Tactical ) and providing a copy of their license. License copies must be submitted by email to MKPtactical@gmail.com and the email should reference the Lot number and firearm Buyers are responsible for paying for shipping through a third party(W. Wachter Auctions does not ship firearms), and it must be shipped to a FFL Licensed Dealer from MKP Tactical. Fees for firearms: $45 for the first firearm and $15 for processing and Background fee for additional firearms purchased in the same auction. LOCAL PICK-UP - All pick-ups for this auction will be at 2845 Girard Blvd NE - East roll-up door on Wednesday, June 12th and Thursday, June 13th only. We are only shipping small and medium size items all others please contact us to see if we will ship it for you. We do not ship any type of glass items unless contacted before bidding. We also do not ship ammo. Winning bidders that require shipping need to call us on Wednesday after 8:00am local time to make your payment - we will have your adjusted total (invoice + shipping) ready. We also send out a sqaure invoice Wednesday evening that includes shipping total to make it more convenient for our out of state bidders NO Shipping outside the USA, except smalls to Canada. FIRST LOT ENDS at 4:00pm with subsequent lots ending every 8 seconds. If a lot receives a bid within 2 minutes of ending, the closing time for that lot will be extended 2 minutes for each bid received until no other bids are made.
