If we do ship a large or fragile item, the cost is significant, and we charge for labor, material, shipping and insurance if requested. We also use appropriate packing materials to help ensure safe delivery, but if an item arrives damaged, the auction house will not assume any liability and damage claims are strictly between the buyer and shipping company. Normal non-fragile shipments have a minimum $10 handling charge plus materials, and retail shipping that is charged to the card on file once packaged.
