The kids would bring in rocks and want them identified. The love of rocks continued to grow through her college years where Jan was active in the college geology group. She joined the St. Louis, MO. Gem & Mineral Club and expanded her knowledge even more. In later years, Jan joined the Springfield, MO. Gem & Mineral Club and has been active since. Jan has had the great privilege of working with and learning from Glen Williams and Dr. Don Hoover. She has been identifying rocks and minerals for several decades. Jan collected throughout her life, and many are from areas that are no longer accessible. Now you have a chance to own pieces from the past.
