We will assist in transporting your items from inside of the auction house to your vehicle. Due to insurance policies, Pickers Palace employees cannot assist in strapping down or securing items that are transported on the outside of the vehicle. Item Conditions: We do not have control over what inventory is sent to us. Our staff does their best to inspect each item and verify its condition. The first photo is a stock photo and the pictures that follow our pictures of the actual items. Lights on Christmas trees are AS IS unless won for $150.00 or more then the lights are guaranteed. Ear phones and ear buds are AS IS! (There are, however, exceptions to certain items and we will do our best to exchange or give store credit when possible and/or reasonable and if we can to accommodate. If you win an item or items you take that item(s) home with you on the day of the auction, unless an item is too large for your vehicle, and you notify the auction of the same, then arrangements are made for you to pick it up on the Monday , Tuesday, and the last day is Wednesday following the auction. ALSO: There are no cords for and/or chargers for iPads, Tablets - (For these we will provide a cord/charger for you to test the item to make certain it charges/powers on), you will need to purchase the cord/chargers from a retail store.
