We're working in the lovely Clermont Lane neighborhood this week assisting a client who is moving. We have a variety of household items and we're still adding more lots. We have auction lots on the main level, upstairs, basement (no walkout), garage and backyard. Home did have cats in the past and some items have cat hair on them, especially some of the furniture pieces. Some items are dusty and need cleaning. Always check lot descriptions and all pictures before bidding. 99% of the items in the home are used and likely show some wear. **Be sure to bring help to remove any large furniture pieces and bulk lots** **PICK UP IS FRIDAY 5/10/24 from 12 PM to 6 PM** **We may be available to meet over the weekend but you must contact us to get approval PRIOR TO THE AUCTION ENDING for an alternative pick up date. Thank you. Pick up is Friday 5/10/24 from 12 PM to 6 PM. Full address shown on winning invoice. You may send someone to pick up your items for you. Any items not picked up are forfeited and may incur a removal fee. Contact us early if you're not picking up to avoid a removal fee. IMPORTANT: ALL ITEMS ARE SOLD AS IS. We make no attempt to improve items. There are no refunds. Items not picked up are forfeited and may incur a removal fee. We do not test items unless noted and those items must be tested onsite. We do not issue refunds once the item leaves pick up. If you have questions regarding an item then you're welcome to contact us prior to the auction ending. Any lots not approved for shipping are subject to being forfeited or increased fees. Invoices are sent the night the auction ends, usually within one hour. If you do not receive an invoice then check junk mail and add "info@2pickinchicks.com" to your safe list. We have no control how emails are received on your end; you are 100% responsible for receiving the invoice and picking up within the scheduled time. Contact Heather if you have any questions or need a copy of your invoice. Anytime you see "MAY HAVE WON" or "WON" under an item, that means you won and will receive an invoice. We give every bidder an invoice copy. It is your responsibility to ensure you leave with all your items. We get very busy during pick up, so be sure to check off each item on the invoice as you take them. Once pick up ends, assume anything left is forfeited. This is an online only auction to liquidate an estate in St. Charles, MO. All items sell as is, as found with no attempt to improve. This auction has a soft close beginning at 7 pm on Monday, May 13th with 1 lot closing every 13 seconds. Pick up is from Noon til 6 on Wednesday, May 15th at the home. At the close of the auction invoices will be sent out from hgwtauctions@gmail.com. This email may be delivered to your Promotions or Spam folders. That email has your pick up info. Please check there prior to calling me looking for an address. There is a 15% Buyers Premium added to all successful bids, and we will automatically charge the card on file for all invoices under $1000 UNLESS you leave a note in NOTES TO AUCTIONEER Shipping will be handled by Goin Postal in Warrenton, MO (636-456-1853). They will pick up packages from our St. Charles shop on Tuesday, May 21st and will call or email you for payment and insurance options. This typically takes 1 week. Please contact them for quotes or questions. If you do not contact us VIA EMAIL by end of business day on pick up, your items will not be sent with the courier. There is $5 courier fee to get your items to shipper.
