This is an "Online Only" Auction starting May 22, 2024 - 5 PM and ending May 30, 2024 - 7 PM. A Buyer's Premium of 15% plus 6% sales tax will be added to your invoice at the close of the auction. Items must be picked up at the auction house within a week after the auction, unless other arrangements have been made with the Auction House.

Welcome to our latest antiques & collectibles auction... The buyer's premium is 18% There is a 3% discount for cash or debit* IF items are picked up and paid for within the 72-hour window. *Debit cards are only able to be run in house with a pin number, otherwise these cards are processed as credit cards. Bidding begins on May 26th and ends on June 2nd. Lots will begin to close at 10AM on Sunday June 2nd. LOTS WILL CLOSE EVERY 6 SECONDS STARTING THIS AUCTION. BID FAST AND REFRESH YOUR PAGE IF LOTS ARE NOT LOADING FAST ENOUGH. Every lot is a soft close which means any bids that are entered in the last 1 minutes will add 1 additional minute to that lot. Other lots will proceed to close as scheduled. Lots are sold as is, in person inspection is recommended. If unable to come, please call for full condition report. We are willing to go over items and send more pictures if necessary. Lots are sold as pictured; many are group lots that will not be split up. High bid wins the grouping. By placing a bid, bidder signifies that they have examined the items to their satisfaction, or that they have chosen not to personally examine them. If you are planning to bid over $2,000 on any given lot, contact the auctioneer ahead of placing the bid. You will need pre-approval. Preview will be held, while the sale is running, Wednesday - Friday 9:30am-3:30pm and Saturday 10am-2pm. No appointment necessary for pick-ups.All pickups must be made within 72 hours of end of auction unless otherwise arranged with auctioneer. All credit cards on file will be processed Monday morning following close of sale with invoices being e-mailed there after. Pick up hours are Monday 9:30AM-7:00PM and Tuesday/Wednesday 9:30AM-3:30PM. If items are left passed that window you may be charged a storage fee of $5 per lot per day, at the auctioneers' discretion. Any items left after 2 weeks become auction house property. Please confirm prior to bidding that we will be able to ship the item to you. Some items we will not ship can be referred to a third-party shipper or you may obtain your own shipping. Please make sure your shipper can make the pick-up window, storage fees we be charged if unable to make it within the 72-hour window. On Monday after the sale, winning bidders will receive a Text/ Email from ShippingSaint on behalf of B and D Auctions LLC, confirming if shipping will be required or if the items will be picked up in person. B and D Auctions, LLC reserves the right to deny any shipping in house and will refer out to a local shipper. We only ship items in house that we are confident they will make it to our customers safely and efficiently. Items will be shipped within ten days of payment received. Handling is calculated and broken down by the material and labor used. It is calculated at the time of preparing shipment. We utilize the most competitive shipping carrier we can find. The shipping and handling charges will show on your statements as ShippingSaint. Once you have confirmed shipping through ShippingSaint you will be updated as items move through the shipping process. It is the customer's responsibility to pay the shipping invoice within 72 hours of the end of the auction OR the credit card on file for HiBid WILL be charged. Not sufficient funds, or otherwise declining the charge for the shipping forfeits your items to B and D Auctions, LLC. If item(s) are not paid, in full, within the 72-hour window, the bidder forfeits there right to the item(s). B and D Auctions reserves the right to refuse any bid/bidder. B and D Auctions in no way guarantees condition or authenticity of any items in this auction. B and D Auctions does not ship to customers new to HiBid. Your bidding will be declined if you have an account created within 30 days and are located out of state. B and D Auctions only ships out of the country if you have an account older then 1 year and hold a good reputation score on HiBid. AUCTION TERMS AND CONDITIONS: * All items sold "AS IS, WHERE IS" with all faults. * All descriptions believed accurate but not warranted. * By placing a bid, the bidder signifies that they have examined the items to their satisfaction, or that they have chosen not to personally examine them. * Reserve the right to reject any bid at your sole discretion. * 6% Virginia Sales Tax will be added for those not tax exempt. If you are tax exempt, please email a photo of your tax-exempt form to Rachel.htgestates@gmail.com. * 10% Buyers Premium * CREDIT CARDS ONLY ACCEPTED; Visa, Mastercard, Discover and American Express. If winner's card is declined, winner will need to Contact Rachel with another credit card (Bid price+Premium+tax). If winner does not pay within 5 days of auction ending item will be Forfeited and relisted to another auction or donated. Invoices will be emailed to Winner within 24 hours of auction. (Please check your SPAM folder if you do not see invoice) Virginia Residents: Contact Rachel if you would like shipping by noon (Eastern Time) on Thursday after the auction. NON-Virginia Residents: Will automatically be shipped unless you notify Rachel by noon (Eastern Time) on Thursday after the auction. *SHIPPING will be available with UPS ground for smaller items, items will be marked "Shipping Available." HTG charges Shipping costs plus a $2.99 handling fee, card on file will be charged separately for these costs. Items will be shipped to the address listed on invoice, not to another address. If shipment equals more than $100, signature will be required. SHIPPING in the United States only, we DO NOT SHIP INTERNATIONALLY. WE DO NOT SHIP heavy/large items, if items DO NOT HAVE "Shipping Available" winner will need to pick those items up or arrange for a pick-up service such as FedEx, UPS or PakMal, during our business hours listed in your winner's email. * PICK UP will be Wednesday, Thursday and Friday after the auction. *PICK UP TIMES will be in the body of the winner's email (Check SPAM folder) with your attached paid invoice. No Appointment needed. If you purchase a heavy/ large item, bring help to move. If the winner is unable to pick up during those times, they will need to make an appointment, this must be done within five (5) days the auction ending. If items are not picked up or have not requested shipping the winner has then forfeited those items and will NOT BE REFUNDED. The items will be eligible reauctioning or donation. **BRING PACKING MATERIALS for your purchased items.** * For internet only auctions, reserve the right to cancel and/or re-open the auction in case of system failures.
