Welcome to Wachter's Online Auctions. All Items being Sold "AS IS, WHERE IS". Shipping is available at the buyers expense, Curbside pick-up available during business hours. Payments for items are to be arranged with Wachter Auctions within 24 hours of the end of the auction. Buyers who need items shipped, please contact us within 24 hours of the sales end with the 3 digit security code of the credit card, so that we can start the shipping process immediately. In person viewing for our online sales will be Monday,Tuesday, Thursday & Friday's from 11:00 AM - 4:00 PM during business hours, or call us to schedule a preview of the items. Items may be added to the sale while it is in progress AS OF JANUARY 1, 2024 Notice to BUYERS Anyone who purchases an item will have 5 Business Days to pick your items up. If you are unable to pick your items up within that 5 days please call to arrange a day to pick your items up. Any lot that is purchased and that is NOT picked up within 5 business days; those items are subject to storage fees. Fees will be implimented by Wachter Auctions Staff. The Larger the item the more the cost to store the item. Unfortunately we are very limited on space and some customers in the past have taken advantage of our grace for them to pick up items at a later date. The charge for storage will be by the day. For Example, Furniture could cost between $3 - $10 per item per day. A standard beverage flat of household goods would run $1 - $2 per day. If you have any questions or concerns, please call us at 410-635-6222 By Registering, you are agreeing to receive an emailed invoice after normal business hours. In most auctions, we email our invoices after 9:00pm (Eastern time) AS OF FEBRUARY 1, 2024 We will be moving to bi-weekly online auctions. The hope is to also start holding monthly live/in-person auctions, starting this spring. Firearms: All FFL regulations will be followed. Buyers of firearms that require paperwork, must complete a NIC background . All firearms sales are final and no returns or refunds are accepted. Winning bidder is responsible for verifying that the firearm is legal in their area and that they can legally take possession of it. Buyers that want their firearm shipped to their local dealer are responsible for having their dealer contact the transferring FFL (MKP Tactical ) and providing a copy of their license. License copies must be submitted by email to MKPtactical@gmail.com and the email should reference the Lot number and firearm Buyers are responsible for paying for shipping through a third party(Wachter Auctions does not ship firearms), and it must be shipped to a FFL Licensed Dealer from MKP Tactical. Fees for firearms: $45 for the first firearm and $15 for processing and Background fee for additional firearms purchased in the same auction. If items are larger than USPS Priority Mail, items will be packaged and boxed and we use USPS, FedEx and UPS to ship and try to keep all shipping costs as minimal as possible. All costs include packaging, supplies, shipping and insurance for items that fit in Priority Mail boxes - If it cannot go Priority Mail Flat Rate, we will use the most inexpensive option. We do our best to keep costs down and only charge a nominal handling fee to cover our costs. NO INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING. Shipping for this auction - everything in this auction that can ship is marked as such as are items that will not be shipped - please see item description. We use USPS Priority Mail when possible.
