Wachter Auctions within 24 hours of the end of the auction. Buyers who need items shipped, please contact us within 24 hours of the sales end, so that we can start the shipping process immediately. In person viewing for our online sales will be Monday,Tuesday, Thursday & Friday's from 11:00 AM - 4:00 PM during business hours, or call us to schedule a preview of the items. Items may be added to the sale while it is in progress AS OF JANUARY 1, 2024 Notice to BUYERS Anyone who purchases an item will have 5 Business Days to pick your items up. If you are unable to pick your items up within that 5 days please call to arrange a day to pick your items up. Any lot that is purchased and that is NOT picked up within 5 business days; those items are subject to storage fees. Fees will be implimented by W. Wachter Auctions Staff. The Larger the item the more the cost to store the item. Unfortunately we are very limited on space and some customers in the past have taken advantage of our grace for them to pick up items at a later date. The charge for storage will be by the day. For Example, Furniture could cost between $3 - $10 per item per day. A standard beverage flat of household goods would run $1 - $2 per day. In most auctions, we email our invoices after 9:00pm (Eastern time) AS OF FEBRUARY 1, 2024 We will be moving to bi-weekly online auctions. The hope is to also start holding monthly live/in-person auctions, starting this spring. Firearms: All FFL regulations will be followed. Buyers of firearms must complete a NIC background . All firearms sales are final and no returns or refunds are accepted. Winning bidder is responsible for verifying that the firearm is legal in their area and that they can legally take possession of it. Buyers that want their firearm shipped to their local dealer are responsible for having their dealer contact the transferring FFL (MKP Tactical ) and providing a copy of their license. License copies must be submitted by email to MKPtactical@gmail.com and the email should reference the Lot number and firearm Buyers are responsible for paying for shipping through a third party(W. Wachter Auctions does not ship firearms), and it must be shipped to a FFL Licensed Dealer from MKP Tactical. Fees for firearms: $45 for the first firearm and $15 for processing and Background fee for additional firearms purchased in the same auction. Monday May 20th from 10:00am-11:00am. All previews are from our Historic Savage Mill Auction Gallery. Located at 8600 Foundry St. Savage MD 20763. Bidding opens at 7:00pm on Monday May 6th. Bidding begins to close at 7:00pm on Thursday May 23rd. Lots will close every 30 seconds in numerical order unless bidding persists. With each additional bid one minute will be added. The card used to register will be the card charged following the conclusion of the auction. If you wish to pay another you MUST put that in the notes at registration Dealer Notice: If you are tax exempt please put that in the notes at registration to avoid being charged. REGARDLESS if you have given it to us previously. Keep in mind you must spend over $200 to use your tax ID. Pick up is offered on Sunday May 26th from 12:00pm-4:00pm.
