Description	The building where Anotherthyme Restaurant and Bar was located has been sold. The new owners are preparing to completely renovate the property and need none of the equipment inside. We have been told to sell anything and everything left for some price. Anotherthyme has been closed for a while and everything is dusty and dirty. Some of the equipment is old or in need of repairs. Please read the descriptions carefully and bid with your head.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS EQUIPMENT CONDITION: **All items are sold AS IS, WHERE IS, with NO WARRANTY or GUARANTEE. **All sales are final. **All bids are based on the inspection, evaluation, and desire of the Bidder(s). **Unless otherwise stated in an item description, no items have been tested for functionality. **You are bidding on the item description, not the pictures. **In the event, any item is lost, damaged, or stolen, before the invoice is settled, the Buyer will not be charged for the item. Once the invoice has been settled, security for the item is the SOLE responsibility of the buyer. PREVIEW: You may preview the items on Sunday, April 23 from 1PM until 3 PM. PAYMENT: Full payment is due immediately after the auction. The credit card given at the time of registration will be used for the full payment of your invoice. If your credit card is declined for ANY REASON, you will have until Noon the day after the auction to call us with a different credit card. Failure to do so will result in the sale of your items to someone else and your removal from our approved bidders list.
