Description
Having discontinued the sales portion of the business, Hodges Outdoor Power Equipment has commissioned us to sell their inventory at an online auction. The items have been moved to our Bainbridge Auction Facility.
Cash, checks, VISA, M/C, Amex, or Discover. 10% Buyer's Premium for payment with Cash or Check, 13% if paying by credit card. Payment and Pickup is Monday April 24th from 8am to 6 pm. Payments accepted are: Cash, Good Check, or Credit Card. Payment and pickup is on the specified date and times. Anyone who does not observe the payment and pickup times will immediately have their credit card billed at 20% Buyer Premium. Additionally, if the auction is at a location other than our Bainbridge Facility, they will have to be moved and charges commensurate with time and labor for our staff to move the item(s) to Bainbridge will be added. Any items not picked up within 30 days after any auction will be considered abandoned property and be resold without any compensation. Please pick-up and pay for your purchases. We realize that sometimes there are extenuating circumstances and a simple phone call to our office may avoid these harsh terms. Grossly negligent offenders however, will be banned from all our future auctions.

We do not ship items. The UPS Store in Oneonta has serviced many of our bidders well. You can deal with them directly by calling (607) 353-3932 or email: store6676@theupsstore.com.
