Description	We will be selling between 25 -35 vehicles for the Johnston County Sheriff's Department and other departments within the county government and for the Town of Benson. The vehicles will be sold by webcast auction, meaning that we will offer these vehicles to live bidders at the auction AND to Internet bidders on their computers. In addition, we will be selling an unknown amount of recovered items, court evidence no longer needed, lawn mowers, tools, and other items. Since we will not have a complete list of the items to be sold until just before the auction,we will be unable to offer these items to the Internet bidders. You must be present to bid on these items.

Terms and Conditions

CONDITION: **All vehicles are sold with a GUARANTEED TRANSFER OF TITLE AND LIEN FREE. (UNLESS THE DESCRIPTION STATES ***NO TITLE***) (There are 3 trailers that do not have titles.) **All items are sold AS IS, WHERE IS with NO WARRANTY or GUARANTEE, with respect to condition. **All sales are final. **All bids are based on the inspection, evaluation, and desire of the bidder(s). **In the event, any item is lost, damaged, or stolen, before the invoice is settled, the buyer will not be charged for the item. Once the invoice has been settled, security for the item is the SOLE responsibility of the buyer. PREVIEW: The items will be available for preview one hour before the beginning of the live auction, or on Friday, April 7 from 10AM until 3 PM. PAYMENT: IN PERSON BIDDERS: Full payment is due immediately after the auction, for all in attendance. We accept cash, cashier's check, credit card with a 3% processing fee. If you write a check at the auction you will be required to leave the vehicle, keys and title. You will return on Monday, April 10 from 10AM until 4 PM with cash or certified funds. We will trade your check for the cash or certified funds, then release your vehicle. ONLINE BIDDERS: The credit/debit card given at the time of registration will be used for a NON-REFUNDABLE deposit of $1,000 (PER VEHICLE PURCHASED) or the full amount of the bid, whichever is less. (THIS CHARGE WILL OCCUR IMMEDIATELY AFTER BIDDING CONCLUDES ON EACH ITEM). If the card used for the deposit/payment is declined for ANY REASON, the item(s) will be immediately resold and your bidding privileges suspended. The balance is due by cash, certified check, or credit card before the vehicle(s) will be released and NO LATER THAN 4:00 PM on Monday, April 10, 2017. Failure to pay the remaining portion of your bill by the deadline will result in the forfeiture of your deposit, the sale of your item(s) to another bidder, and your removal from our approved bidding list for future auctions. REMOVAL: Removal will be on Monday April 10 from 10:00 AM until 4:00 PM. CREDIT CARD CHARGEBACKS: **Each Bidder agrees not to initiate a credit card chargeback with respect to any charges. **Each Bidder further agrees that initiating a credit card chargeback is a DIRECT VIOLATION of the Terms and Conditions agreed upon by the bidder when registering to bid. **With the Auctioneer's presentation of these Bidder Terms and Conditions to the bank, credit card company, or other financial institution that issued the credit card on which the disputed charges were made, the bidder authorizes such bank, credit card company, or other financial institution to deny any credit card chargeback and to re-credit all amounts to the account of the Auctioneer.
