Description
We have been commissioned by the United States Bankruptcy Court to conduct an auction of real estate belonging to the Bankruptcy Estate of Steven Cloy Gantt, located in Nacogdoches County, Texas. Lawler Auction Company has teamed up with licensed Texas Real Estate Broker S.Carney & Associates Inc., Sheila D. Carney/ President/Broker, Corporate TX License # 454007 located at 3001 North Street, Nacogdoches, Texas, to conduct this online only auction. This auction is being conducted pursuant to the Court Order issued by the United States Bankruptcy Court in the Western District of Louisiana (Case No. 16-11738).
The property is being sold "as is" with all faults. Buyer assumes any and all risks. We assume there are no mineral rights that go with this property as there appears to be production on the property. On the day of the auction, the winning buyer shall deliver to Lawler Auction Company, located at 7781 Highway 1 North, Shreveport, Louisiana 71107, a cashier's check in the amount of Ten Thousand Dollars ($10,000) that will be held as a non-refundable deposit. The balance will be due within thirty (30) days when closing must occur. All closing costs shall be assessed to the buyer. Trustee will provide a deed to the property upon full payment of the bid amount. Any title search or title insurance required by the buyer will be at the buyer's expense. There is no buyer's premium. Lawler Auction Company is acting as an auctioneer only, and is licensed in the State of Texas to conduct auctions. In the event of a last minute bid, the bidding will be extended out two minutes for each subsequent bid until the bidding ends and a winner is declared. This auction is being conducted in conjunction with the Court Order handed down by the United States Bankruptcy Court in the Western District of Louisiana, Shreveport Division.
