Payment is due within 10 business days of seller receiving detailed statement. Any items not settled for at the close of the 10-day window are subject to a $5 per lot storage fee. Any and all items not fully settled for within 30 days of auction close will be considered no-sale items, and buyers failing to settle in that time frame will be banned from taking part in future auctions. **Credit card chargebacks do NOT constitute a no-sale or nullification of buyer's agreement to purchase. All credit card chargebacks will be subject to enforcement of the purchase agreement and the cost of any further action on behalf of Mason Auctions will be assessed to the buyer.
