All bidding is online. Lots will close approximately every 20 seconds. This auction uses a soft close, which provides an authentic auction atmosphere. Items will remain open for one minute after the latest bid until no more bids are made. REGISTRATION: Registration with a valid credit card is required before placing a bid in an On-Line Only Auction. The credit card is used only to secure one's bids and will only be charged at the owner's request or if the payment period for an auction has elapsed. In the event that your item(s) are not picked up, your credit card will be charged the full amount of purchase. All items not picked up at the designated pick up time and location will be considered abandoned property and will not be responsibility of JCA Auctions & Appraisals, the Auctioneer or the seller. BIDDING: By bidding on any item, Bidder accepts and agrees to be bound by these Terms and Conditions, and specifically acknowledges that these Terms and Conditions constitute a binding contract. If Bidder does not agree to these Terms and Conditions, Bidder is not authorized to make a bid on or buy any item. By placing a bid, bidder signifies that they have examined the items to their satisfaction, or that they have chosen not to personally examine the items offered for sale. Auctioneer reserves the right to reject any bid and/or bidder at any time. All items are sold to the highest bidder by the Auctioneer. Bidding may be reopened at the Auctioneer's discretion. The Auctioneer reserves the right to reject any bid at his sole discretions and withdraw any items and to reoffer the item at another time. For Internet-Only Auctions, the Auctioneer reserves the right to cancel and/or reopen an auction in the case of a system failure. All items offered for bid or sale are sold "AS IS" "WHERE IS" and without representation, warranty or guarantee of any kind. All sales are final. No returns. No exceptions. Buyer's shall rely on their own inspection and information. Statements on Certificate(s) Of Authenticity, Grading Certificates, Valuation Certificates, Certificates of Appraisal, Gemological Lab Reports, and the like (collectively referred to herein as COA) are the opinion of the company or entity which issued the COA, and not those of JCA Auctions & Appraisals. As a courtesy and on some occasions the Owner of the Property may share their opinion as to condition or grade of said items, i.e.: Excellent Grade = (OG: E), Good Grade = (OG: G), Fair Grade = (OG: F), Poor Grade = (OG: P). Bidder understands that the Auctioneer has not verified any such statements or opinions and does not warrant their accuracy. BUYER'S PRIMIUM: A 10% buyer's premium will be added to the sold/sale price for all online bidders. SHIPPING: Shipping and insurance is the responsibility of the purchaser. Purchase is not contingent upon the shipping costs. Should buyer request Shipping Services, these services may be arranged through JCA Auctions & Appraisals on a case-by case basis. ONLINE ABSENTEE BIDDING: When offered, On-Line Absentee Bids are accepted up until (4 HOURS) before the Live Auction Begins. These bids are NOT THE FINAL RESULT. Absentee bids become part of the live bidding action during the Live Auction and are entered by a Proxy Bidder who acts on behalf of the absentee bidder. (Note: The exception of any ON-LINE-ONLY auctions, which have NO LIVE PORTION). INSPECTION: J CA Auctions & Appraisals strongly encourages bidders to inspect all items before bidding. By placing a bid, bidder signifies that they have examined the items to their satisfaction, or that they have chosen not to personally examine the items offered for sale. Bidders may find the inspection schedule and location on the details page of each auction. PICK-UP: Successful bidders/buyers may find pick-up schedule and location on the details page of each auction. All Successful Bidders are charged sales tax unless tax exempt forms have been submitted before the close of the auction. PAYMENT: Winning Bidder/Buyer will receive an invoice listing the items won within a few hours of the auction closing. Only Credit Card payments are accepted for this auction. Cards accepted include MasterCard, Visa, American Express and Discover only. Buyer's purchases will be paid with the same credit cards used to register for this auction. By bidding on this auction, you are agreeing to all of the terms posted for this auction. Declined credit cards can result in a buyer being banned from participating in future auctions. JCA Auctions & Appraisals is a member of the National Auctioneers Association and the Colorado Auctioneers Association. Non-paying and/or fraudulent bidder names may be shared with other auction companies.
