We do not offer any refunds or exchanges on any items. * All items delivered to the Charlottetown Pickup location are considered as Sold & Delivered. You are responsible to get in to pickup your items in a timely manner as we accept no liability should your items get damaged while onsite or confiscated or stolen. Silver Fox Auctions and Liquidations Inc. will do there best to store your items and accepts no liability for any reason if items are damaged, stolen or confiscated. Also if you have not picked up your items at our pickup location in Charlottetown you agree to give them the right after 30 days to proceed to sell your items and retain the proceeds. If necesarry you can attain special permission from them in writing to hold your items beyond 30 days. " Auction Owls Inc. shall be held harmless for any damage(s) caused from the use of your item(s) or from any personal injury caused from the use of your item. We encourage you to research any item prior to use. " Auction Owls Inc. sells all items without any warranties given or implied. " Auction Owls Inc. reserves the right to cancel bids that are deemed as suspicious in nature. In addition Auction Owls Inc. reserves the right to refuse payment via credit card if it anticipates any potential problems. " All items without exception are subject to HST unless being shipped to the USA. We do not ship outside of North America. All items sold are subject to a 10% buyers premium which is also subject to the HST without any exceptions (Unless the item is tax exempt). " Items that are not paid for during the designated period, are subject to a $5.00 weekly storage/late fee, and after a period of 30 days may be subject to be relsited and sold without notice. Any shortfall on our reselling of the item will be the responsibility of the bidder and the bidder agrees to be liable to these terms and conditons by accepting our terms and conditions and bidding on our items. " In the event of a dispute over a tie for a winning bid Auction Owls Inc. has the FINAL decision who the winning bidder is which is based on the first bidder to register the high bid. " An invoice will be emailed to the winning bidder(s) after the auction and buyers are encouraged to review our hours of operation and pickup location information. Please pay for and pickup all items within three days of auction closure. The buyer is responsible for the item and the transfer of ownership of said item(s) occurs as soon as payment is received. Use proper care in removing your items from our location. Auction Owls accepts no responsibility for any injury or damage that may occur while removing items from our locations. " We accept CASH, Debit and Credit Card when presented in person. We also accept email money transfers from out of province bidders.. We offer transportation to Moncton NB, Saint Louis PE at a pick up location for a 2.00 fee per order. Items must be paid for prior to transporting and transportation of items will generally occur within 30 days of auction closure. We will notify you when your item will be available for pickup. We also deliver paid orders to our pickup location in Charlottetown for free 1 week after auction closes. * We do our best to ship items in a safe manner. Auction Owls accepts no responsibility for items that are lost or damaged during shipping.
