Shipping rates are calculated based on actual cost plus material cost for the packaging. Shipping will take 5-7 business days. • Auctions will only ship to the address registered with Hibid. No exceptions. • Orders totaling over $250 will ship with insurance and signature required, no exceptions. • Select international shipping. We will ship to Canada, UK and Japan. • Credit/debit cards are the only method of payment we accept. No exceptions. • When the auction closes, we will process payment via the payment method you have on file. All items must be paid by either credit or debit card. You will see a second charge for shipping when your item has shipped. Shipping is completed within 5-7 business days. • There is a $25 fee for all declined cards. IF YOU CAN"T PAY, DON'T PLAY. • Declined transactions will result in the $25 fee being added to an invoice that will be sent via email to the winning bidder. This invoice must be paid within 24 hours. Non paying bidders will be sent to a private third party collection agency. • All items sold will be subject to the buyer’s premium and the sales tax for your specific locale. • Tax exempt bidders must have their SIGNED exemption certificate on file with us prior to bidding. If you do not have this in place you will be invoiced with sales tax and you can file for a refund the next time you do your quarterly taxes. No exceptions. • 8.38% sales tax collected for all Nevada state bidders who do not have a valid tax exempted reseller cert on file with us. • We do not offer certificates of authenticity. Your seller settlement with the consignor information will suffice.
