PICK-UP
Pick up times & dates are firm. All items are to be picked up by the designated time that auction states . Live Oak Auctions will be the determining factor on deciding whether the winning bidder has an extenuating circumstance that will not allow them to pick up an item. DON'T BID on items if you do not or cannot make the pick-up dates. Failure to follow this rule could prevent you from participating in future Live Oak Auctions. ANY ITEMS NOT PICKED UP ON THE DESIGNATED BUSINESS DAY ARE CONSIDERED ABANDONED AND BECOME THE PROPERTY OF Live Oak Auctions. NO REFUNDS WILL BE MADE. WE WILL WORK WITH YOU ANY WAY WE CAN, BUT WE DO NOT HAVE SPACE TO STORE ABANDON ITEMS.
SHIPPING
Most items can be shipped. There is a $5.00 handling fee for any item or set of items shipped and the buyer will be responsible for the actual shipping cost. Furniture and large items are not shippable items.

All persons desiring to bid must register to the auction. Registration is free. A valid credit or debit card number is required as a security measurement, and it should be in the bidder's name. This is an online only auction. Some lots may have extended bidding, and this scenario applies to all online auction lots. Posted closing times and displays of auction current time are approximate. Shipping / Pick Up
Certain items can be shipped. There is a $5.00 handling fee for any item shipped and the buyer will be responsible for the actual shipping cost. Only items that qualify for shipping will be shipped by Live Oak Auctions.
Delivery:
We do offer delivery. There is a $75 charge for each item delivered under 30 miles. Any item over 30 miles will be a $100 delivery fee. Live Oak cannot deliver an item further than 60 miles from our location without having the details worked out before the end of the current auction.
