Auction Terms & Conditions: This is an online only auction. By placing a bid in this auction, the bidder indicates they accept the terms and conditions of this auction. All items Sold "AS IS, WHERE IS" with all faults disclosed or not, with no guarantees or warranties. By placing a bid, bidder indicates they accept the pictures and descriptions as given, or have inspected the item to their satisfaction. Visual inspection of items is offered and highly encouraged prior to placing a bid. We highly recommend previewing items if allowed to determine value and your bid. No backpacks, large bags, etc will be allowed during the preview. We reserve the right to limit the number of people previewing at our decreation. All descriptions are believed to be accurate but not warranted. Measurements are approximate. The listed item(s) condition is not an official grading of the item(s) condition but only an opinion. There maybe defects not noted or fully visible in the photographs, when you are uncertain of the condition or wear of an item, please bid accordingly. We attempt to note damage or defects but not cannot guarantee condition. Lots will close approximately every 15 seconds. Timed auctions use a soft close, which provides an authentic auction atmosphere. Online timed auction with the highest bid online when the bidding closes will be the winning bid for the item. The online auction will have a soft close with any bid in the last two minutes before the closing of the item will extend the bidding time by an additional two minutes. This prevents individuals from placing a bind on an item in the last seconds in order to prevent others from advancing the bid. PAYMENT INFO: PAYMENT IS DUE AT PICKUP, WE ACCEPT DEBIT OR CREDIT CARDS, CASH OR GOOD CHECK. Check must be secured with debit or credit card. All winning bids are subject to 12% Buyers Premium and 3.5% Credit/Debit Card Fee. Iowa Sales Tax 7% unless tax exempt. Please email form and bring a copy. Buyer Premiums are applied towards the expenses for running this online auction, setup, cleanup, labor and advertisement. Must bring tools, help, equipment to load and secure. No help will be provided by the company. SHOULD SHIPPING BE OFFERED: If offered it will be only on small items only. Shipping will not be provided for any item(s) that cannot be easliy packaged in a shipping box. For shipping request email lots no later than 2 days prior to the close of the auction to determine if lots can be shipped or not. Reasonable Shipping and Handling charges plus postage costs being charged to credit/debit card on file. Combined shipping will be attempted when possible. Shipping will be charge once for each package no matter how many lots we can combine into that box. Handling charge for each lot is $5.00 unless it would take more than one person to move or it is more than 40 pounds, then additional handling charges will be applied per lot. Items will be shipped by our choice of carrier, the handling charges above are for the expenses of getting the lots in the possession of the shipper. The shipper will contact you for shipping and payment. Declined credit/debit cards will be accessed a 35.00 fee. Credit card charge backs are not allowed and by accepting the terms of this action you agree to not conduct a charge back of charged fees. ANY ITEMS NOT PAID FOR DURING THE SCHEDULED PICK-UP TIME(S) WILL BE CONSIDERED ABANDONED IMMEDIATELY AFTER THE FINAL PICK UP TIME HAS EXPIRED. ITMES BECOME PROPERTY OF THE AUCTION COMPANY AND MAYBE RESOLD OR DESTORYED. REASONALBE DISPOSAL/TRANSPORTATION FEES MAYBE CHARGED TO CARD ON FILE. IF THE ENTIRE LOT IS NOT REMOVED BY PURCHASER THE SAME APPLIES FOR REASONABLE FEES TO DISPOSE OR REMOVE REAMING ITEMS. Storage fees may apply with a minimum of $10.00 per day to $40.00 per day depends on size, space and number of items. J & J Ventures, LLC shall be held harmless for any malifunction of software, internet outages, etc used by their company during this auction. Failure to comply with these terms will prohibit bidder from participating in future auctions conducted by J & J Ventures, LLC.
