If storage is required due to late pickup, a storage fee up to $10 may be assessed for Aron Auctions to hold items up to one week. Items will be considered abandoned after one weeks time and purchased items may be resold or disposed of at Aron Auctions’ discretion.
OFFSITE Auctions
If an auction is held OFFSITE from regular Aron Auction locations(30910 Royal Hill rd & 7715 W Wind Lake rd) and the bidder requests items to be transferred, a transfer fee of $2 per lot will be assessed to transfer items to the above listed location(s). Items that are not picked up, transferred, or shipped at offsite locations will be disposed of at the end of listed pickup dates.
Special Terms
All articles of merchandise are offered "As Is and Where Is" in units of measure as announced at the time of sale. No returns. All lots must be removed within the time announced or posted at the sale at buyer's sole cost and risk, and only in a manner approved by the auctioneer. Aron Auctions has put forth every effort, in preparing the advertising for this auction, to provide accurate descriptions of all items. It is the bidder's responsibility to determine the exact condition of each item. Printed statements or descriptions by staff are provided in good faith and are matters of opinion.
All sales are final. Acceptance of a final bid by the auctioneer constitutes a legal, binding sales contract, pursuant to the terms and conditions as stated. The auction company reserves the right to refusal (approval to bid) anyone deemed to be a potential detriment to the conduct of the auction. All announcements made day of auction take precedence over any and all printed or verbal statements made prior to auction day. Registering for this event, means you agree to both the HiBid.com and Aron Auctions terms and conditions for this auction. ALL SALES ARE FINAL. Property is open to thorough public inspection. Bidder shall be the sole judge of value. Under no circumstances shall bidder have any kind of claim against Aron Auctions or anyone else if the Internet service fails to work correctly before or during the live auction. Aron Auctions reserves the right to withdraw or re-catalog items in this auction. It shall be the responsibility of the purchaser to insure his purchases immediately. All payments must be made the day of sale. No purchases may be removed until paid in full including all applicable taxes.
