Please read the following Terms & Conditions before bidding: Auction Terms & Conditions: There is an 20% Buyers Premium on ALL purchases made through credit or debit cards. Gemini mailers and boxes are used to securely ship items. All items will be Shipped. Purchaser will be charged for Shipping as well as Insurance over $100 (up to $10,000). Shipping is a Flat Fee of $15 for all Ungraded Comic Book and Trading Card purchases (no matter how many lots purchased) and $25 for all Graded Comic Books (no matter how many lots purchased). If a purchase is a mixture of Graded and Ungraded lots, the total Shipping Fee will be $25. International shipping is a $35 Flat Fee. A $6.50 Handling and Materials Fee will be added for every 10 Comic Books shipped (1-10 books is $6.50, 11-20 books is $13, 21-30 books is $19.50, etc.) to cover material cost, man-hours packaging cost, and the cost of weight per package shipped. Each Single Trading Card lot will be treated as one (1) Comic Book for purposes of Handling and Material Fees. Each Large Trading Card Lot (containing 50 or more cards) will be treated as ten (10) Comic Books for the purposes of Handling and Material Fees. $2 will be applied for every $100 of insurance needed to cover insurance fees. All comics are newly bagged and boarded. Books are double or triple boarded to ensure that they do not move around in their bags during shipping. Comics will be placed in Gemini Mailers or Boxes in sets of 1-10. Graded comics will be securely wrapped and sent in tight fitting boxes. All Shipping, Handling, and Materials Fees will be added to invoice upon Auction Close and charged to card on file. No purchaser may assign, transfer, or dispose of his rights in any article purchased before he has paid the purchase price in full. ****We are required to charge sales tax to all online winning bidders in the state of California and the city of Burbank. Buyers will pay a sales tax rate of 10.25% on all purchases. *****We offer in house shipping. All items will be shipped, local pickup is not available. Shipping and Materials charges will be applied at the end of the auction. We ONLY ship USPS, and FEDEX. YOUR ITEMS WILL BE SHIPPED WITHIN FOURTEEN (14) BUSINESS DAYS OF CLEARED PAYMENT. If Auctioneer is unable to deliver an article sold to Buyer due to fire, theft, or any other reasons whatsoever, Auctioneer shall reimburse Buyer for all monies paid to Auctioneer in respect to the article and Auctioneer shall have no further liability to the purchaser arising from or relating to such loss, including without limitation any damages for loss of profits. *****To the maximum extent allowable, buyer hereby waives any and all rights to dispute, or initiate a chargeback, in any manner whatsoever, charges placed on customer's credit or debit account as it pertains to any purchases made with your user account.
