Description
A Consignment Auction will be Sat. November 16th, 2024. It will be located at 4741 National Rd. W., Richmond, IN 47374. 2 ring bidding starting at 10am to 11am with items that are not on-line. Live bidding and On-line bidding starts at 11am. Register to bid on-line at wildfire.hibid.com. There will be lots of items to bid on including, automotive or construction tools, Skid Steers & attachments, trailers, automobiles, trucks, RVs, ATVs, side-by-sides, restaurant equipment, farm equipment, lawn mowers, boats & much, much more. Items will be added daily until the time of the auction. Everything will be sold 'AS IS' with no warranties. Inspection Dates for items before auction, Nov. 14th & Nov. 15th Noon to 5PM. No Buyers Premium will be charged to On-Site Bidders. Cash, check (with approval) and Credit Cards with 3.5% fee added are all acceptable payment options. All Titled items purchased at the Auction will be charged 7% Indiana Sales Tax and a $40.00 title fee. This does include a Temporary Tag. No titles will be handed out the day of the Auction, Only paperwork showing sale. Titles will be available for pick-up or can be mailed out November 25th. You can take your items with you the day of the Auction. You can also pickup items Mon. Nov. 18th thru Nov. 22nd. If other arrangements will need to be made for pick-up, please contact Jeremy Creech 765-993-4158. We are not responsible for merchandise after day of auction. Purchasers are responsible for pick-up. **EVERYTHING IS TO BE PAID FOR BEFORE LEAVING AUCTION SITE!

Credit Cards will have 3% Admin Fee added on. Personal Checks up to $1,000.00 will be accepted without approval. Any Check over $1,000.00 must be Approved by Jeremy Creech onsite. PICK-UP: Once the auction is closed, pick-up can start until 6:00 P.M. Sat. Nov. 16th. No Sunday pickups. If you cannot pick up after the auction pick up will be available Monday, Nov. 14th through Friday, Nov. 15th from 10:00 A.M. to 5:00 P.M. If other hours are needed, please call 765-966-0111 All About Asphalt for an appointment. Items must be picked up within 14 days of the auction OR THEY WILL BE FORFEITED. Buyer must accept responsibility for ensuring pick-up of all items in a timely manner and must accept responsibility for all items loaded into their vehicle. TITLES: All vehicles will come with a 45 day temporary tag upon completed payment. You can drive your vehicle home the day you come to pick it up! There is a $40.00 admin fee PLUS Indiana State Sales Tax of 7% for each titled item PLUS 3.5% if credit card is used. Titles can be picked up or mailed 14 days after the close of the auction. REFUND/RETURN POLICY: THERE WILL BE NO REFUNDS OR RETURNS.
