Acceptable payment methods include cash, cashiers check, personal check with proper I.D., money wire and credit/debit card for purchases under $2,000. A 4% convienence fee will be charged to credit/debit card users. Credit card on file will be run immediately after the auction for invoices totaling under $2,000. All online bidders will be invoiced and contacted at the conclusion of the auction. All payments will be required to be paid for in full before removal. The auction company is not responsible for accidents or items after sold. Removal of the auction items will be at the sole expense of the buyer. In accordance with Indiana State Law, 7% sales tax will be charged unless the proper tax exempt documentation is provided at check-in or received prior of the auction date. By bidding at auction you agree to be bound by these Conditions of Sale. Once an item is sold, the item becomes the sole responsiblitly of the buyer. Everything is sold “AS IS/WHERE IS” with no warranties, representation or guarantees expressed, implied or otherwise given. All sales are final. Items must be picked up the day of the auciton or by April 1st @5pm unless special arrangements are agreed upon by the auction company and the winning bidder. Vehicle titles will be retained by the auction company until payment is cleared. Titles will then be mailed out no later than two weeks after the auction date. A $25 title transfer fee will be charged to the buyer of the vehicle. All bidders must register for bidder's numbers using proper ID or proper information. If there is any dispute between two or more bidders, the auction company or its’ auctioneer, may decide the successful bidder.
