* An invoice will be e-mailed to you within two hours of the closing of the auction. Please check the e-mail you provided when your registered. If you do not see the invoice - check your spam folder. If you even THINK you might be the winning bidder but do not receive an invoice - CALL us as 765-675-6909 or 765-860-6959.
Payment must be made by wire transfer and only wire transfer (a $5 wire transfer fee will be charged to buyer) by 5pm Indiana time on Tuesday, October 22nd to Cripe's Auction Service. Cripe's Auction Service will contact and provide the wire transfer information to the winning bidder following the end of the auction on Sunday, October 20th. Winning bidder must possess a valid Ticket Master account (bidder name, address, and phone must match the Ticket Master account holder's name, address and phone number). NOTE: READ THIS & READ IT AGAIN: THIS IS IMPORTANT: THE TICKETS WILL BE DIRECTLY TRANSFERRED TO THE WINNING BIDDER'S TICKET MASTER ACCOUNT. IF THE WRONG INFORMATION IS PROVIDED, IT CANNOT BE UNDONE. Do not bid if you are not the Ticket Master account holder. Once the wire transfer has been successfully completed with Cripe's Auction Service, the winning bidder will be contacted by the Mercy Guild representative in possession of the tickets (also a Ticket Master account holder), within 2 days, to complete the ticket transfer.
* ALL SALES ARE FINAL-NO RETURNS OR REFUNDS-NO EXCEPTIONS as it is your responsibility to ask any questions pertaining to this purchase BEFORE you bid! Know what you are bidding on and how the process is going to work to transfer these tickets to YOUR Ticketmaster Account.

* If tickets are not paid for by 5:00pm on Tuesday, October 22nd may be forfeited by the buyer and offered to the back-up bidder.
* Auctionhouse, auctioneer and auctionhouse employees reserve the right to place bids.
* ABSENTEE BIDDING IS STILL AVAILABLE. Call us to inquire about this service and how it works.
Auctionhouse and/or it's employees will place bids on your behalf if you are unable to attend the on-line auction. Maximum bid amount must be determined and the bid will start at 50% of the maximum bid.
* 7% Indiana State Sales Tax will be charged.
* NO BUYER'S PREMIUM.
* IF YOU HAVE NO INTENTION OF PAYING FOR THESE TICKETS --- DO NOT BID! You will be excluded from bidding on any of our future auctions and we do report non-paying and difficult bidders to Hi-Bid so as to warn other auctioneers of potential problems with bidders.
