Simulcast ring for online lots will open at 12:00 PM. 5% Buyer's Premium will apply to any winning bidder bidding via Hi-Bid. 10% non-refundable deposit to be made by winning bidder on auction day via credit or debit card followed by wire transfer of remaining debt in full on the immediate following business day. Title will be released upon payment in full. Items must be removed from premises by Thursday, October 10th (after item paid in full). All items are to be sold “As Is” with no guarantees written, expressed or implied. All announcements made day of auction supersede prior written information. Items must be removed at the expense of the buyer.
