INTERNET ONLY AUCTION Auction Terms & Conditions BUYER"S PREMIUM: There is a 18% buyer's premium on all items (Plus Local Sales Tax). This means if you bid $10.00 on an item you will be charged $11.80 plus sales tax at checkout. PAYMENT: Your Credit Card on File will be charged at the close of the auction unless you contact us. Full payment must be made by 5 PM, on Auction Pick Up day if paying cash. We accept all major credit cards and cash. We do not accept personal checks at this time. Winning bidders wave the right to dispute or deny payment on any purchase made with a credit card. REMOVAL: Customers are responsible for removing their items from the auction site. You will receive an email with pickup dates and times for each specific auction. If items are not picked up by 5p.m. on the specified day for auction pickup your items will be forfeit and can be resold or disposed of at our discretion unless other arrangements have been made. There is a $20.00 per item disposal fee for any items not picked up on the date and time listed in the auction. SHIPPING: If you require items to be shipped, there is a $10.00 handling fee per box for shipping in addition to the Shipping Costs and a separate invoice with be required for shipping. Not all items have a shipping option so pay close attention to shipping information. WARRANTY DISCLAIMER: ALL SALES ARE FINAL.
