We reserve the right to add or delete any item for any reason. We reserve the right to cancel bids we feel aren't in the best interest of our auction, our sellers or our other bidding customers. We also reserve the right to cancel or reopen an auction in the event of any system failure. PAYMENT: 15% Buyer's Premium, 12% Buyer's Premium if paying with Cash 6.75% Sales Tax is collected unless your tax exempt information is provided at registration. Methods of Payment Accepted: Cash, Visa, Mastercard, Discover, Amercan Express A Credit Card is required for registration, regardless of your method of payment at check out. If you would like to pay cash or use another card at pick up, please include that in the NOTE Section when registering. IF WE ARE NOT NOTIFIED THAT YOU WOULD LIKE TO PAY CASH OR PAY WITH A DIFFERENT CARD, YOUR CARD ON FILE WITH HIBID WILL BE CHARGED WITHIN 24 HOURS OF AUCTION CLOSE, REGARDLESS OF WHEN YOU PICK UP. Shipping & Pick Up: Pick up days and times are as follows: Friday, September 13 from 12pm-5pm Saturday, September 14from 10am-5pm Sunday pick up is NOT available for this auction. Items MUST be picked up by 5pm on Saturday so we can get another online auction up and going!!!!! We charge a $4.99 Handling Fee per box used on top of the actual cost of shipping. Note that Sam's Auction has the right to decide what size items we deem small enough to ship. We also reserve the right to ship items in multiple packages if we feel it is safer to do so. We do not offer shipping on larger items ourselves but we will allow the buyer to facilitate shipping with a 3rd party company themselves. SOMETIMES BUYERS REQUEST A DIFFERENT SHIPPING ADDRESS THAN WHAT IS ON FILE WITH HIBID. THE BEST COURSE OF ACTION SO THERE IS NO CONFUSION, IS TO UPDATE YOUR ADDRESS IN HIBID OR INCLUDE IT IN THE NOTES SECTION WHEN REGISTERING TO BID. IF THESE STEPS AREN'T DONE AND YOU STILL NEED THE ITEM SHIPPED TO ANOTHER ADDRESS, PLEASE TEXT 910 331-1249. WE WILL DO OUR BEST TO ACCOMODATE THIS CHANGE BUT WE WILL NOT BE HELD RESPONSIBLE IF THE ITEM IS MISTAKENLY SENT TO THE INCORRECT ADDRESS. IF shipping is requested: Over the next few days, your item or items will be packed up, shipping will be calculated and the card on file will be charged. You will then receive an email showing your invoice is paid, as well as a tracking number for your package. Depending on the amount of items being prepared to ship, this process may take several days to a week to complete. Please understand that the days following the auction are the busiest for pick up customers. This may delay packing your items to ship, therefore delaying a shipping cost. ALL PACKAGES ARE SHIPPED WITH INSURANCE UNLESS IT IS SHIPPED MEDIA MAIL. IF AN ITEM ARRIVES DAMAGED, IT IS YOUR RESPONSIBILITY TO FILE A CLAIM WITH USPS OR UPS. PICK-UP CUSTOMERS Items must be picked up by 5pm on Saturday unless other arrangements are made. If there is a problem with your card on file, please contact us. We try to work with all customers. If no communication is exchanged with the customer, you may be banned from our auction with negative feedback.
