Bidders will be allowed to bid online or live in person. All simultanious bids or ties will be determined by the sole discretion of the auctioneer

All items must be paid for before pickup. Online purchases will be invoiced on Monday, August 19. Please bring your invoice with you to show proof of purchase. A backhoe will be available to load out the day of the auction and Monday, August 19 between 9AM and 2PM. All items must be removed by September 1.
