Description	As many of you know, the front portion of my auction building in Rockdale collapsed due to heay rain accumilating on the roof several weeks ago. The property will be demolished soon.....BUT, the back part of the building is standing strong and I need to clean it out sooner than later. Im hosting a short online auction. ONLINE date moved because of conflict with schedule. All items are sold in as is conditon. 13% Buyers premium. ABSOLUTE AUCTION WITH ALL BIDS STARTING AT $3.00-NO RESERVES.

Buyers will be charged a 13% buyers premium until further notice. All buyers are expected to make arrangements to pick up their purchases. I will make one attempt to contact buyers during the ONLINE pickup by phone. All buyers must understand that items are being sold "as is and where as and in their current condition" All ONLINE Auctions conducted thru clickit2bidit are hosted by TXLC#16203 Effective immediately $25.00 COST FOR SHIPPING-PLUS YOUR ITEMS COST AND THE SHIPPING COST FROM THE POST OFFICE.
