We will have someone available with a machine on pick up day to assist you with loading. You will be responsible for securing your items to the machine to load and securing them to your truck or trailer prior to pulling away from the pick up. PR&A will not be responsible for any damage loading or unloading. Buyer is liable for all damages, expenses or theft after item has been announced SOLD! Merchandise becomes the full responsibility of the bidder at time it is SOLD and the bidder assumes all risk of loss of property at that time. Consignors will sign agreement releasing PR&A from any responsibility of their personal property while on PR&A property. PR&A will not be responsibly for any damages, expenses or theft of any item left on property for auction. PR&A and the seller do not give or make any type of warranty regarding the lots to be sold, implied or otherwise. PR&A encourages all bidders to inspect lots before bidding. PR&A is not responsible for incorrect listing information, if any. It is the bidder's responsibility to determine the condition of each lot. All sales final. No returns, refunds, or adjustments. PR&A shall not be liable for loss of internet service. Titles: Titles to vehicles (if available) will be mailed out within 2 weeks of receipt and/or verification of payment to PR&A GUNS: All firearms are subject to Federal and State Firearm Regulations: Rifle/Shot Gun Ammunition- Must be 18 years of age and older. ID required. Must be 21 years of age or older to purchase Handgun Ammunition. Must be 21 years of age to bid and pass a Background Check for Handguns. Additional $10.00 fee is required for the Background Check to purchase firearms. No other person may pick up weapons for the winning bidder-NO EXCEPTIONS. If winning bidder does not pass a Tennessee Background Check, the winning bidder forfeits firearm(s) and payment. Weapon(s) will be placed on hold if winning bidder chooses to fill out B1-0165 Appeal of Denial of Attempted Firearm Transfer until TBI makes a final decision. If winning bidder is a Licensed FFL Dealer, Bidder must provide a copy of their FFL license to pick up the weapons or email license prior to pick up day to tkpage@frontiernet.net. Out of State Purchases: All out of state firearm purchases must be shipped/transferred to a FFL in the state they have residency in - No Exceptions. A copy of the FFL license must be emailed to tkpage@frontiernet.net along with bidder's name. It is up to bidder to determine if the firearm/ammo/magazine/accessories is/are legal to own/possess in their city/county/state. If a firearm/ammunition/magazine/accessories is purchased that is not legal in the purchasers City/county/State of residency, purchaser will forfeit the firearm and payment. PR&A will verify with the receiving FFL in the state to determine if the firearm is legal to be shipped to said state. Shipping will be charged after item(s) are boxed, ready to ship and shipping quote has been received by PR&A. The shipping charges are the responsibility of the winning bidder. The shipping carrier will be either UPS or FedEx. The cost of shipping will be charged according to the carrier quote obtained by PR&A. S&H charges will be charged to the credit card on file separate to the charge for the firearm purchase. If you would like your items to be shipped with insurance please contact the auction company immediately following the auction. Items will be shipped with in 14 working days after the FFL is received. All items are sold as is, where is, without guarantee of any kind. If bidder fails to comply with written agreement or payment as required, the bidder shall be liable for any losses or damages occurred to seller, including but not limited to deficiency in selling price, attorney fees, or any other damages that may occur as a result of noncompliance by bidder. Bidder acknowledges responsibility for any personal injury or property damage caused by the bidder and further agrees to hold the auctioneers harmless for any personal injury to himself/herself and any property damage incurred on auction premises.
