Our client on this one, has lived a certainly colorful life. She lived and traveled this globe and collected some very nice items. She has moved and is on to the next chapter in a book I’d like to read. She asked us to help her liquidate her personal property. The house property has very limited parking. so we offered her the solution of an online estate sale. And now we are now offering the public this exciting new way to shop at an estate sale! We have tried to show all the items in the best light as well as show the flaws. If you have any questions, please reach out and we will try our best to answer your questions. LOCAL PICK-UP - All pick-ups for this auction will be in Placitas New Mexico. Exact address and link to schedule an appointment will be on your invoice emailed after auction close. - If you cannot make an appointment to pick-up please do not bid. ITEMS LISTED AS "SHIPPING AVAILABLE" ARE ELIGIBLE FOR SHIPPING. Please let us know if you want shipping and we will include shipping and handling charge on your invoice. There is a flat $8 handling fee per customer for all items shipped. Winning bidders that require shipping need to let us know through hibid or email us before 12noon MDT Friday 6/7/2024. We will email your invoice with the shipping charges included. Once the invoice is paid we will ship you item out. NO SHIPPING OUTSIDE THE USA ALL BIDDING is done online. If a lot receives a bid within 2 minutes of ending, the closing time for that lot will be extended 2 minutes for each bid received until no other bids are made. APPOINTMENTS ARE REQUIRED to pick up won items through Sign Up Genius. Link will be in your winning email and on our website 3crows.org WE ARE REQUIRED to collect sales taxes. If you have a valid NTTC (Non-Taxable Transaction Certificate), bring it with you when you pick up your items and we will enter your information into your customer record.
