There is a 3% nonrefundable deposit due within 24 hours of the winning bid. 2% sales tax will be split evenly between the buyer and the seller evenly. There is also a 1% buyers premium that is added onto the final sale price and is the responsibility of the buyer. Closing is expected within 30 to 45 days or at a time that is agreed-upon between the buyer and the seller.
