If we state that there's no shipping, and you can not pick up in person, we will not refund your money if you're the winning bidder. Invoices are sent within 24hrs of the auction close. If you did not receive one, please check your SPAM folder before contacting us and we will confirm your winning items & email. Bidders are expected to pick up winning items within 5 days of the auction closing, unless arrangements have been made in advance. We do our best to work with your schedule, so please contact us if you need accommodations. Auctioneer shall have no responsibility for internet bidding interruption or delays. We have no control over these issues & they can sometimes delay the timing of your bid. No items will be picked up or shipped until invoices are paid in full. It is the bidders responsibility to ensure they are able to remove their items. Purchaser does hereby indemnify and hold harmless the auctioneer and seller from any and all damages claims, or liabilities from injuries to persons or property of any type whatsoever caused during the sale or by the removal of shipping or items purchased.
