All firearm sales are conducted through an FFL and require a background check. Any firearms being shipped will be shipped to a FFL dealer, the buyer will need to provide us the FFL dealer information by email. Buyer is responsible for paying fees charged by the FFL dealer. We take great pride in photographing the auction items and describing the items to the best of our abilities. All damages seen at time of listing have been identified. Not all common nicks, scratches and wear may not have been called. It is the bidder's responsibility to determine overall condition before bidding on an item by live preview, looking at photographs, reading descriptions or request of condition reports. We will ship most items, lots will be noted as “shipping available” if the lot is shippable. Buyer is responsible for all shipping fees and cost associated with shipping. Auction Invoices and Shipping invoices must be paid prior to shipping. Shipping invoices not paid within 10 days of invoice being sent items will be considered abandoned and donated or resold to cover cost of storage. You must be able to load and remove items you win in the auction on the specified auction pickup date and time. We do not provide boxes and packaging material. You must bring your own.
