Auction Terms & Conditions: Please read these terms and conditions carefully before registering and bidding on auctions hosted by Simon Sez Auctions. Your card on file will be charged for the bid amount, 15% buyer's premium, 6.25% sales tax and a $100 refundable cleanout deposit following the auction. Your paid invoice will be emailed shortly after the close of the online auction. Failure to have the funds available for card processing will result in forfeiture of winning bid. There will be a 15% Buyer's Premium added to all buyer's totals for each item purchased. There will be an 6.25% sales tax added to buyer’s totals unless tax exempt status is properly presented during registration or at pickup/loadout. All Bidders are required to be ID verified for pickup/loadout. You must be at least 18 years old or older to bid. ALL ITEMS MUST BE PAID FOR AND PICKED UP BY LOADOUT DEADLINE. A $100.00 Cleaning Deposit will be charged to your invoice and refunded after unit is clean. Failure to show for pickup at designated time or requesting arrangements will result in forfeiture of any items won. It is the winning bidder's responsibility to ensure all items are accounted for prior to loading and leaving pickup location. All auction items are sold As-Is and Where Is without warranties or guarantees of any kind. Winning bidders are solely responsible for their own removal of items. Simon Sez Auctions is not responsible for any damage upon pickup and removal. Bidders must load and pick up their complete purchases and bring their own materials for removal as needed. All items not removed by the designated pickup date or without prior arrangements made will be considered abandoned and will be disposed of or resold by Simon Sez Auctions without refund unless other arrangements are made with auction company. By excepting these terms and conditions you are giving Simon Sez Auctions consent to send emails and SMS messages to your email and/or phone number on file for the following: Winning Bidder Notifications Upcoming Auction notifications 24 hour closing notifications. Other auction information By bidding you agree that Simon Sez Auctions cannot be held responsible for issues with items or accidents while on loadout property. ***PICKUP DATE*** Within 72 hours after close of auction. In the event of Inclement weather or ANY other unforeseen situation, pickup dates and times can be changed. In this event, Simon Sez Auctions will make every reasonable effort to notify bidders and arrange mutually acceptable pickup times. No refunds will be made in this situation. Simon Sez Auctions reserves the right to add/pull items from auction at any time for any reason.
