Terms and Conditions

Online auction only. Auction will not have a preview date. All items are as is with no conditions. Payment will be made directly after auction, to the credit card you have on file. Please read description and view all pictures for better understanding of each lot before biding. Everything sold throughout auction is ASIS. This auction has reserves on some items throughout the auction. No returns. Pick up is in Farmington NY. By appointment only Please call to schedule a pickup day and time Friday Morning. Invoice will be sent out though Email. Please bring you invoice with you to pick up it will need to be signed. All items must be picked up on Scheduled day of pickup. Arrangements can be made for the larger items. If items are not picked up, there will be a restocking fee and no refund on purchase. Please bring your own help to lift all heavy equipment also bring Tools/Packing Materials to remove all items. All lots must be completely picked up, nothing left behind or there will be a $25.00 charge added for disposal. If you cannot be available on pick up on dates, please do not bid on Items'. Thank you.
