Buyer's Premium and Processing Fees: The winning bidder ("Buyer") is responsible for a NON-REFUNDABLE BUYER’S PREMIUM of Ten Percent (10%) of the winning bid, plus a mandatory non-refundable processing fee of Two Percent (2%). Fees are payable in U.S. Dollars via wire transfer from a U.S. Bank or Credit Union within two (2) business days of auction close. BROKER PARTICIPATION INVITED: Licensed real estate brokers ("Cooperating Brokers") are hereby formally invited to partake in the auction proceedings.
