Auction Terms and Conditions: 1. Auction is online only, no floor bids or absentee bids accepted. 2. Everything is sold as is, no warranties, guarantees, no refunds or returns. You assume responsibility for the condition of the item when you place the bid, we will do our best to provide accurate descriptions and good pictures. Bid at your own risk and judgement. We do not guarantee the grade, authenticity or condition of any item. You assume the responsibility when you place your bid. 3. Bidder is responsible for notifying us if shipping is required, however, we will assume anyone out of state needs shipping. 4. Winning bids will be clerked at the completion of the auction and invoices will be emailed to the winning bidders. Please check your spam mail if you did not receive the invoice. The shipping price will be invoiced separately. 5. Winning bidders must pick up the items during specified days for pickup. 6. Winning bidders must be able to load and haul their items. The auction may or may not supply help to load and will not deliver. Bring your own packing materials and boxes. 7. Winning bidders picking up their items must notify us, if they can not pick up their items on time. Items not picked up within 14 days of end of auction will be forfeited and not refunded. 8. Shipping is available for this auction, by specific lots. We charge a discounted shipping rate PLUS $7 for small boxes, $10 for medium boxes, and $13 for large boxes, plus the supplies and labor. Shipping is done via USPS Priority. No other forms of shipping will be accepted. All shipping labels will be provided by us, with tracking number. We will NOT ship anything using postage stamps and placed in an envelope. We will do our best to combine shipping to keep costs down and minimize number of boxes shipped. Shipping is only available to USA. 9. Items not marked as available for shipping, can have special requests made for shipping, but there will be possible up charges, depending on the method use for that item. These items were marked as not available for shipping due to their sizes.
