All items up for auction are subject to the 10% buyers premium. This is added to the winning bid amount which constitutes the final purchase price. All items must be paid for and picked up within our pick up time frames. This is to ensure our business can run smoothly and that the bidding process is fair to all members. When coming to Pay and Pick up, bidders must pay and pick up your order from that entire auction. You cannot pick and choose which items to pay and pick up when you come for your items. You must pay for your ENTIRE order, if you need to come back because an item is to large for you to transfer, book a time to come back and pick that item up. There is NO exceptions to this. here is a 14 day in house warranty on all items unless stated AS-IS. "AS-IS" items are sold without warranty and no refund will be given on these items. Items that qualify for a return must be returned within the given time frame from date of pick-up. There are no exceptions. Once the time frame has been exceeded, we no longer hold responsibility to that item and the return will be denied. The item's description is usually copied from the Retail website we are using for reference. Our condition notes are our personal opinions on the item that is being listed. We do not warrant that products descriptions from major retail sites are accurate, complete, reliable, current or error free. All MSRP’s listed on the site, are found with minimal research with time frames in mind and taken from all major retailers. This represents the best idea of current value that is available IN-STOCK and can be purchased at time of listing. All bidders are encouraged to do their own due diligence on all purchases. If any items received has either malfunctioned, damage was missed, incomplete or was improperly listed please contact us via site message or phone. t is the bidders / buyers obligation to ensure that the item is appropriate and suitable for its’ intended or manufactured use. We are not responsible for any deficiencies or faults of any type regardless of the circumstances. It is the bidder / buyers’ sole responsibility to ensure that item is free from faults, defects, recall, or any other hazard or revocation as provided in the Canada Consumer Product Safety Act (CCPSA) regardless of statements or claims that are made directly or indirectly by the seller.
