Description	Final sale, business is closing. Many new and slightly used lots up for grabs. Many items from major retailers. Items will be added up through the day before the auction so keep checking back for items added. Furniture, home decor, home improvement, tools, etc. It is very important to read the full item descriptions. We try to inspect and test every item we list. If there are any issues or flaws with the product it will be in the condition notes of the item description. Items are new, used and open box. We deal in liquidations that can range from brand new products to customer returns. Shipping is available on most smaller items for an additional charge. Furniture can not be shipped with some exceptions for truckload and LTL bulk shipments. Terms and Conditions

All items must be picked up by 4/27/24. This is a final sale so we can not accommodate a late pickup. Most items can be shipped however items like furniture and mini refrigerators are quite bulky and the shipping cost can be expensive. If you are interested in bidding on a large item and possibly want it shipped please send us an email at info@sundownliquidations.com and we can give you a shipping quote. We do not upcharge shipping so you will be able to use our discounted rates from UPS. The more you buy the better your shipping rate will be since we can combine items into boxes. 8% buyers premium will be added to your final invoice as well as 6% sales tax. Shipping will be added as well if you do not plan on picking up in person.

Any unpaid orders will be placed back on auction and your account will be prevented from bidding on future auctions. First time buyers will need to create an account through the payment link in order to checkout. Repeat buyers will just log into the site as normal. You may also pay with card or cash in person.

Pickup location is Sundown Liquidations 50 Lodge Ln STE 114 Verona VA 24482. Shipping is available on most small items. Truckload and LTL shipments are available on bulk goods.
